New Mediterranean Cooking with MIMI
Mimi started her professional career in the Hotel Beau Rivage in Geneva with Richard Cressac as her tutor. She was the first female executive head cook in Portugal. Since more than a decade now, she is the chef of the extraordinary restaurant KAIS in Lisbon.
In this hands-on workshop Mimi will show you how to prepare the following menu:
Fish soup a la Bocuse
(Fish soup with a lid of puff pastry inspired by a recipe of Paul Bocuse)
(Paella revised for all who don’t own a “paellheira” and love culinary adventures)
Farofia with salty caramel and raspberry coulis
(Portuguese version of the dessert “Ile flottant”)
A selection of good wines of the Tejo region will not go amiss.
This cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.
It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 5 pm.
The price per member is 80,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
