Chef‘s Edition – 2nd Round – with Wines from the Tejo region!

On March 18th Bernie Pfister, wellknown head cook of Hotel Palacio Estoril, will present us a fresh Spring menue which is absolutely mouth-watering:

 

Smoked Swordfish, Créme fraîche , Herbs, Taboulé

Sea bass with a creme of Chouriço, smashed white beans, salad of purslane

Smoked white chocolate mousse, raspberries

White and rosé wine from Tejo!

 

This cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.

It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 5 pm.

The price per member is 80,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
