Finally sunshine and warm temperatures have arrived in Portugal. Perfect timing for a workshop on Brazilian Cooking. On June 9th our two Insiders Isabel Stucky and José Luis Moutinho will prepare original Brazilian dishes with you. This will be our menu:
Starter: Tapioquinhas, Caipirinhas, Batida de Côco.
Main dishes: Bobó de Camarão, Muquecas capixaba and baiana.
Dessert: Capote, Romeu e Julieta.
And –like always- we will serve a selection of white, rosé and red wine.
This cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.
It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 5 pm.
The price per member is 80,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
