Workshop Fine Dining with Bernie Pfister, head cook of hotel Palacio in Estoril, on January 29th 2017.
Learn to cook the following menu in this hands-on cooking class and help people in need! All net revenue will be donated to the non-profit organization ABLA in Carcavelos.
Menu:
Parmentier of Queijo de Serra
Tuna tartar with wasabi creme, cucumber jelly and white asparagus salad
Turbot with Serrano ham, watercress purée and red onion confit
Mousse of chia seeds with mango-lime coulis
And corresponding wines from the Tejo region will not go amiss at lunch time!
The cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, English or Portuguese or in a mix of these three languages.
It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 4 pm.
We will meet at the church square in Penedo. Please come on time (latest 11 am sharp), we will walk for about 5 minutes to our cooking studio.
The price per member is 70,- Euro. Maximal 12 participants.
