Two longtime friends who love to cook joined to show you their favourite recipes to prepare the black Iberian pig.
Luis Ehlert invited Michael Bendixen to cook this menu with you in a hands-on workshop:
Learn to prepare delicious Croquetas de Jamon.
Transform the succulent part Presa into a Roastbeef and serve it with fried strips of corn semolina and two home made sauces (Sauce Tartare and garlic-coriander-mayonnaise)
Jazz up the Lombinho with clams and prawns in a Cataplana Terra e Mar
For dessert we will serve a delicious chocolate cake prepared by our cooking friend Bea Stucky.
Lunch will be served with red wines from the Tejo region!
The workshop is part of our charity series „Cooking and Caring“. All net revenue will be donated to the non-profit organization ACREDITAR which is an important support for children with cancer and their families.
The cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.
It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 4 pm.
We will meet at the church square in Penedo. If it rains (don’t forget an umbrella) we will meet at the local „Café do Ciclista“. Please come on time (latest 11 am sharp), we will walk for about 5 minutes to our cooking studio.
The price per member is 75,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
