Portugal's version of tapas - great bites for your garden party !

 We will prepare and then enjoy the following menu:

 

Carpaccio de Bacalhau com Brôa tostada (Codfish carpaccio with corn bread)

Pasteis de Bacalhau com a nossa salada biológica (Codfish rolls and organic green salad from our garden)

Queijo da Seia gratinado com orégãos (Cheese gratiné with oregano)

Escabeche de Pato (sweet-sour duck)

Roastbeef da Presa de Porco Preto com salada de favas (Black porc roastbeef with fava beans)

 

The wine producer and enologist Paolo Nigra will present “Pontual” wines from the Alentejo region.

This cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.

It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 5 pm.

The price per member is 80,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
