On Easter Saturday – and just right on time for your Easter festivities – we will prepare a menu of classic Portuguese dishes:

Cod fish carpaccio with roasted corn bread and flor de sal

Clams “Bulhao Pato “-style

Massinha with grouper, prawns and mint

Cheesecake „Queijada“ with a coulis of prunes

As usual, lunch will be served with a selection of Tejo wines!

The workshop is part of our charity series „Cooking and Caring“. All net revenue will be donated to the association "Associacao dos Bombeiros Voluntários de Almocageme".

The cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.

It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at around 4 pm.

We will meet at the church square in Penedo or -if it rains (don’t forget an umbrella) - at the local „Café do Ciclista“. Please come on time (latest 11 am sharp), we will walk for about 5 minutes to our cooking studio.

The price per member is 75,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
