Portugal meets Peru - sold out!
Learn how to cook with the traditional Portuguese bread oven on August 5th.
Let's heat up the bread oven to 370 °C and prepare two country chicken -each chicken weighs as little as 4 kilos- with vegetables and potatoes as side dishes.
During roasting time we prepare a Peruvian ceviche, a perfect dish for summer days.
All recipes are easy to made at your home!
As usual with our courses, you may taste some special wines.
The cooking class will be held outdoor. As the Sintra hills are known for their micro-climate we advise you to bring a sweater.
The price for Insider Cooking members is 75,- Euros per person. Max. 12 participants.
The cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.
It will be held in our outdoor kitchen in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 4 pm.
We will meet at the church square in Penedo, near Colares, and will walk for about 5 minutes to our summer kitchen.
