"Cooking & Caring" - last charity workshop for this year!
Learn to cook the following delicious vegetarian menu in this hands-on cooking class with Bernie Pfister, head cook of the hotel Palacio Estoril, and help ! The nutrition expert Patricia Segadães , Termas do Estoril, will also participate and answer all your questions about healthy eating habits.
Menu:
Strawberry Gaspacho
Vegetable garden in olive earth
Risotto of Quinoa with wild mushrooms
Chocolate mousse with avocado and salted toffee
As usual lunch will be served with a selection of Tejo wines!
The workshop is the last one in our charity series „Cooking and Caring“. All net revenue will be donated to the non-profit organization Associação São Francisco de Assis, Cascais-Malveira da Serra, caring for animal welfare.
The cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.
It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 4 pm.
We will meet at the church square in Penedo. If it rains, please don’t forget an umbrella. Please come on time (latest 11 am sharp), we will walk for about 5 minutes to our cooking studio.
The price per member is 70,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
