Cooking and Tasting Workshops


Chef Ivo Brandão

Ivo Brandão is a very talented chef who loves to cook with seasonal and regional ingredients. His way of cooking shows modern Portuguese cuisine with surprising flavours.

He is co-owner and consultant for hotels and restaurants at SineQuaNon Chefs and Hospitality Consulting and also head cook of the much acclaimed restaurant Casa de Linhares in Lisbon (Garfo de Ouro, Guia Michelin 2017 and 2018).

In this hands-on cooking class Ivo will teach you to prepare the following menu:


Dry Martini

(Martini, Gin and explosive olives)


Carolino de lima e coco

(Rice from Mondego, shrimps, coconut, lime, coriander, asparagus, Queijo de Ilha)


Plumas de porco Preto e Berbigão

(grilled saddle of Black Porc, clam-onion-sauce, wild potatoes, braised lettuce hearts with vinaigrette)


Aletria e gelado de canela

(vermicelli cooked in milk and cinnamon icecream)

 And corresponding wines will not go amiss at lunch time!


This cooking class is only open for members of our digital cooking community. Depending on the nationalities of the participants we will teach in German, Portuguese or English or in a mix of these 3 languages.

It will be held in our cooking studio in Penedo/Colares. Class starts at 11 am and ends at 5 pm.

The price per member is 90,- Euro. Maximal 10 participants.
